If you have purchased our internet connection service and there is no internet after inserting the SIM card. Try the following steps:
1. Restart your phone.
2. Check if roaming is enabled.
3. Try manually switching the network operator.
Go to Settings -> Network & Internet -> SIM cards -> tap on the active SIM card (e.g., BITE) -> turn off 'Select network automatically' and then tap 'Choose network' to try selecting an operator manually.
4. If you are using multiple SIM cards, try removing one and checking if an Internet connection is established with one SIM card.
5. Check what internet plan you have purchased. If you have purchased an internet plan that does not include Switzerland, your internet will not work when you enter this country.
